  Vassili Touline

  Co-Founder and Partner

  Vassili Touline is Co-Founder and Partner of AVS Partners, an investment platform focused on private credit and private equity. At AVS Partners, he leads deal sourcing, structuring, and capital allocation across the firm's private credit and private equity strategies.

  Mr. Touline brings over two decades of experience spanning corporate law, global risk management, procurement, and alternative investments. Prior to co-founding AVS Partners, he held senior roles at KeyBank, Deloitte and PwC. Since 2014, he has also served as Co-Founder of Texo Capital, an EB-5 investment and advisory firm connecting global investors with U.S. real estate opportunities through a USCIS-designated regional center, where he oversaw investment structuring, compliance, and capital deployment across large-scale real estate projects.

  Mr. Touline combines his investment experience with an extensive legal background spanning both private practice and in-house positions, including corporate and commercial law work. His approach to private credit and private equity emphasizes rigorous underwriting, capital alignment, and long-term value creation, with particular attention to structural discipline, diversification, and downside protection. He earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in New York and Ohio.

  Sid Kamisetti

  Co-Founder and Partner

  Sid Kamisetti is a Co-Founder and Partner of AVS Partners, an investment platform focused on private credit and specialty finance. At AVS Partners, he is involved in sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and managing investments across a range of private credit strategies, including revenue-based financing, mortgage origination and lending, and government receivables and bridge-loan financing, as well as select private equity transactions that align with the firm's broader investment strategy.

  Mr. Kamisetti brings more than a decade of experience spanning investment management, private credit, real estate finance, fund operations, and transactional structuring. Since 2014, he has also served as a Principal of Texo Capital, where he helped build and operate an EB-5 investment platform providing mezzanine financing for large-scale real estate projects. His responsibilities have included investment underwriting, fund and management-company structuring, financial modeling, fund administration, transaction negotiation, and oversight of the legal and business processes associated with deploying investor capital.

  Mr. Kamisetti combines his investment experience with a substantial legal and transactional background, having advised clients on securities and capital markets, corporate governance, financial structuring, and complex business transactions. His approach to private credit emphasizes disciplined underwriting, capital preservation, diversification, structural protections, and active portfolio oversight, with particular attention to credit quality, collateral, duration, counterparty exposure, and downside risk. He earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, where he majored in Finance with a minor in Economics. He has been admitted to the New York State Bar since 2010 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

  Vasilisa Shelestova

  Co-Founder and Partner

  Vasilisa Shelestova is Co-Founder and Partner of AVS Partners, where she is involved in investment analysis, financial review, and portfolio management across the firm's strategies. Prior to co-founding AVS Partners, Ms. Shelestova gained experience in hospitality management, real estate, and private investments. She holds a bachelor's degree in Hospitality and is currently pursuing a Master of Accounting, with a concentration in Tax, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

  Her background pairs practical business experience with graduate-level training in accounting, taxation, and financial analysis, bringing an analytical, detail-oriented perspective to the firm's underwriting and portfolio oversight.
